Aaron PalmerA Conditional Use Permit to operate a landscape/nursery business to be located near the Big Horn “Y” has been approved by Sheridan County.
According to the application, Ronald Stolcis applied for the CUP for the business to operate on undeveloped agricultural land just south of the intersection of State Highway 335 and US 87.
A landscape and nursery business will be operated there by Adam Connelly, who operated a business just to the north of the current property, adjacent to the business at the Big Horn “Y.”
According to County Planner Mark Reid, the business owner is expected to move his entire operation to the new location.
He gives more details on the application.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 in November to allow the CUP with five conditions which were accepted by the applicant.
The proposed hours of operation will be from 7am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
