Pat BlairNow here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Oct. 10, 1920.
A group of Sheridan business men have purchased Piney Inn. The purchasers are interested in the summer home colony a Story, and their purchase includes the building and some 300 acres formerly owned by C. H. Laub.
Mrs. J. A. Wellett opened the Main Cafe this morning. The new restaurant is located in the Merchant’s cafe building, but the room has been remodeled and refinished.
Mrs. R. L. Spitz left on No. 43 early today for Thermopolis where she will visit Mr. and Mrs. H. O. Miller.
After having been closed for complete remodeling for the past 10 days, Central Hall will open to the public tonight with a ball.
