Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI on Vacation of Lodore Property

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a portion of an alley in the Lodore Subdivision in Story.

County Engineer Ken Muller was asked to give more information on the proposed vacation.

The commission then voted to approve publishing the NOI to vacate half of the alley between Block 3 and Block 4 in the Town of Lodore subdivision in unincorporated Story.
