During the Johnson County Commission’s last meeting, in the Public Comment portion of the Agenda, County Attorney Tucker Ruby spoke to the commission about his enjoyment of Chairman Bill Novotny’s Semi-Quincentennial Moments in Time segment where he shares US historical events over the last 250 years.
