BPD Chief Asks Public to Watch for Kids as They Return to School

Johnson County Schools welcomed back kids for the 2026-27 school year this past Tuesday, and Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett wanted to remind everyone to watch for kids as they return to school.

He spoke during this week’s city council meeting.

Bissett said he heard the first day of school went well and he hopes that continues throughout the school year.
