Connolly Discusses Crossover, Stem Cell Legislation

State Representative Marilyn Connolly (R-HD40), spoke with Sheridan Media this week about happenings in Cheyenne during this year’s legislative session.

She said both chambers are working through bills from the other chamber, in what’s known as “crossover.”

She spoke about one particular bill that a local family traveled to Cheyenne to talk to lawmakers about to try to convince them to support and pass.

Senator Eric Barlow’s bill, SF0048, the Stem Cell Freedom Act, has as of Thursday passed a second Reading in the House, after approval from the Senate.
