AHCC Director of Nursing to Retire in 2025

At the most recent meeting of the Hospital Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center, CEO Luke Senden acknowledged the pending retirement of Amie Holt Care Center Director of Nursing (DON) Brenda Gorm.

He outlined the center’s tentative plan to find her replacement and transition to a new DON.

According to her report to the board, Gorm gave her official retirement date of September 26, 2025 to give the facility enough time to find a replacement and give ample opportunity for training.

Senden commended Gorm on her time with the AHCC.

The board approved Senden’s request to post the opening the first part of December.
