Jo Co Commission Approves Kissling as Magistrate

Johnson County’s Commissioners, during their meeting Tuesday morning, approved the appointment of Sheridan Attorney Jeremy Kissling as magistrate of the Circuit Court for the Fourth Judicial District in Johnson County.

On hand for the acceptance were Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Kate M. Fox and Fourth Judicial District Circuit Court Judge Sheryl Smith Bunting.

Chief Justice Fox spoke to the commissioners, assuring them their judicial needs will be met.

Judge Bunting praised Kissling for stepping up to serve.

Finally, Kissling addressed the commission, saying he has some big shoes to fill.

The commission voted to approve Resolution No. 741, approving Kissling to the new position.
