Sheridan Commission Ratifies Charter/MCT License Agreement

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, in their Consent Agenda at their recent meeting, Ratified a License Agreement.

The agreement, #2434LA with Charter/ MTC Engineering, is for an overhead installation of fiber optic cable at County Road #76, a/k/a West View Drive.

Sheridan County charged a fee of $150 for an overhead installation in the county right-of-way with no poles or structures.

The fees also included a $.25 per foot charge for 1,876 feet for $469, bringing the total fees charged to $619.

Also approved was a Consent to Petition from the Knode Ranch Homeowners Association to define and change the HOA’s point of diversion on Little Goose Creek.
