Ron RichterAn ordinance establishing proposed changes and amendments to the M-1 zoning district and the creation of a M-2 zoning district within the City of Sheridan is an item that will be considered on first reading at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council meeting. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger said that ordinance 2287 adopts an M-1 Mixed Use Employment District and an M-2 Industrial District.
The Council will also be considering first reading of an ordinance adopting a Downtown Development District Overlay and a Downtown Business District Overlay.
A resolution authorizing the submission of an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant application to the U.S. Department of Energy is also an item that will be considered by the Council. The meeting will take place Monday at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
