Sheridan and Johnson County estate planning lawyers will once again present a free seminar on estate planning.
This estate planning seminar is free and open to the public, and presents information relevant to adults of all ages.
Estate planning lawyers Tim Tarver and Christopher Sherwood made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse alongside Carmon Rideout, executive director for the HUB on Smith, the location of the seminar.
Mortality can be a tough subject for some to face, but estate planning can help ease or even remove a burden left to a grieving family, Tarver said.

The seminar will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at the HUB on Smith. Rideout said the seminar will run until approximately 3:30 p.m. but will include time for attendees to ask questions and get the answers that will help to make informed decisions.
Although the seminar will be presented for the better part of Saturday, Sherwood said attendees certainly do not have to stay for the entire duration.

Topics that will be discussed are vast and include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, forms of ownership, and beneficiary designations, planning for asset management and health care decisions upon incapacity or infirmity.
