Junior Hawks Make a Change at Head Coach / Cowboy Hoops Host DU Thursday

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The struggling Sheridan Junior Hawks have made a change at the Head coaching position after two plus seasons Andy Schieb is out and former assistant coach Chad Bailey is taking over for the rest of the season.

The Hawks lost only 11 games in their first two seasons in Sheridan but it’s been a huge struggle this year to gets their skates under them.

Dr. Brent Milner is President of the Hawks and he said the change was needed for the team to move forward.

And Milner wanted to make sure hockey fans knew that the move was not about wins and losses.

And moving into 2022 Milner says they will back the new Head coach and said Chad Bailey is a good fit for the team.

The Hawks will host Bozeman Friday and Saturday they drop the puck at 7:30.

BRONC FOOTBALL – The 2021 Sheridan Bronc state football champions will gather together with family and friends for the final time tonight at their post season banquet at the high school.

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys have a home game with Denver University tomorrow night you can hear the game on KWYO and 106.9 FM pregame starts at 6:30 with the tip at 7:00.
