BRONC FOOTBALL – The Broncs beat Cheyenne South 56-0 that was the halftime score as the Broncs open the season with back to back shutout victories.
The Bison were over matched and broncs Head coach Jeff Mowry said he was happy with the way the players handled themselves in the lopsided win.
And playing the game the right way what the Broncs want to be known for.
The season changes now with seven tough games coming starting with a road trip to Cheyenne Central Friday night.
RAMS FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams lost at Lovell 20-0 the Rams travel to play at Wheatland Friday.
EAGLES FOOTBALL – The Tongue River Eagles beat the Sheridan JV’s 42-7 the Eagles are scheduled to host Burns this week.
COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys pulled out a 19-16 win against Montana state they play at Northern Illinois Saturday.
VOLLEYBALL – The Lady Bronc volleyball team went 2-4 at the Gillette invitational and stand at 4-8 overall this week the Lady Broncs play at Kelly Walsh Friday and home to Cody Saturday.
This week Big Horn high school will host their annual invitational tournament the Tongue River Lady Eagles will play in that event along with the Lady Rams.
The Arvada / Clearmont Lady Panthers lost at home to Midwest in three games Saturday.
GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers play in Cheyenne Thursday and Friday, the state tournament is next week,
SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers beat Buffalo in their dual meet 122-52.
TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams had good success on their road trip the Broncs went 2-1 on the weekend the Lady Broncs were 2-0 they match with Cheyenne East was rained out.
X-COUNTRY – The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country runners swept the team titles at an invitational in Spearfish, South Dakota.
