BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK AND FIELD – The Wyoming all-class state track and field championships get underway Thursday at Kelly Walsh high school in Casper.
The Sheridan Broncs have won every meet they’ve been in this spring including the state indoor championship, it’s been a three year chase to win an elusive state title.
Head coach Taylor Kelting talks about prepping the athletes this week to make sure they are in a good spot when competition starts Thursday.
The last Bronc state track title was over five decades ago and they program has been chasing the championship the last three years and Kelting says they are poised to make a serious run at it this week.
And he says the Lady Broncs have had a great spring season and will be in the mix going into the weekend.
And finally today Taylor talks about the teams he expects to contend for state championship along with Broncs and Lady Broncs.
SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams open the state championships Thursday in Cheyenne the Lady Broncs take on Casper Kelly Walsh the Broncs open with Evanston.
TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers have two games this weekend they will host a double header Sunday with the Billings Scarlets the first game will start at 1:00.
