Hoops Jam and Wyoming / Montana All Star Hoops back for 2021 / Sheridan High School Hosts the “Dan Hansen” Track Meet Saturday

SHS ACTIVITIES – We sat down with Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian Monday to talk about spring sports and activities after missing several events last spring at the start of the pandemic Julian says plans are in the works now for the Prom coming back this spring.

Two other events will be back in 2021 as well in June starting with the 3 on 3 hoop jam outdoor basketball tournament.

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks head to the Fraser cup as the top six teams in the country meet to decide the overall national championship the Fraser cup is being played in St. Louis.

The cup has two days of pool play the Hawks open Friday against the Northeast Generals and then the North Iowa Bulls Saturday. The semi finals will be played Sunday with the national title game set for Monday.

SOCCER – The Sheridan high school soccer teams have Cheyenne South and Laramie on the schedule this week the Lady Broncs travel the Broncs host Saturday’s games with Laramie will be played at Big Horn high school because Sheridan high school is hosting the Dan Hansen track meet.

TRACK – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams host the annual “Dan Hansen” invitational meet Saturday.

TENNIS – The Sheridan high school tennis teams play their next matches in Hardin, Montana Saturday.

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers open their spring season in Buffalo Friday.
