The Wyoming High School Winter Sports Season starts today on the basketball court and on the wrestling mat.
Sheridan HS Basketball: The Sheridan High School boys and girls basketball teams will play 3 games in Casper.
Today the teams take on Green River and that game will be played at Natrona County High School.
The Lady Broncs tip off at 12-noon and the boys follow afterwards.

For the girls, it’s the start of their title defense and senior Avery McMullen says the team is going to be ready for various opponents to take their best shot at them.
Tomorrow Sheridan plays at Kelly Walsh, beginning at 5:30pm and on Saturday, the Broncs and Lady Broncs play at Natrona County starting at 12-noon.
The other Sheridan County High School basketball teams start their seasons tomorrow.
Tongue River and Big Horn will play 2 games tomorrow at Burns.
TR will play 1 more on Saturday, while BH will play at Wheatland.
Arvada-Clearmont will play on Friday and Saturday at Upton.
Sheridan County HS Wrestling: The Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc wrestlers will hit the mat for their first dual meet of the season today.
The teams will host Worland beginning at 5pm.
After that the JV teams will take on Tongue River.
On Friday the Lady Broncs will compete at a tournament at Rapid City, South Dakota, while the Broncs and both TR teams will go to Powell.
Sheridan HS Boys Swimming And Diving/Nordic Ski: Both the Sheridan Boys Swimming and Diving team as well as the Nordic Ski teams will start their seasons tomorrow.
Swimmers will compete at Laramie while the skiers will race at Jackson.
University of Wyoming Volleyball: The season for the University of Wyoming ended last night with a 3-0 loss at Arizona in the quarter-finals of the National Invitational Volleyball Championship Tournament.
The Cowgirls finish the season with a record of 17-13.
