Troopers Split Two in Gillette / All-Star Basketball Series Starts Tonight / Rockies fall at the Marlins

TROOPERS BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers split their road double header at Gillette Thursday night the Troops took the first game 8-0 Trevor Stowe threw the complete game two-hit shutout.

The Roughriders took game two 8-4, the Troops are now 17-10 on the season and host double headers tonight and tomorrow afternoon Head coach Ben Phillips says the bats are coming around and they are looking forward to playing back to back days at home.

The Troops play two at home tonight against a team from Fargo, North Dakota that double header will start at 5:30, tomorrow they host the 406 Flyers from Billings starting at 1:00.

WYOMING / MONTANA ALL STAR HOOPS – The 2021 Wyoming / Montana high school all star basketball series tips off tonight in the Hoffman dome at Sheridan college

The Wyoming girls team features Allyson Fertig from Douglas a 6’4 future Wyoming Cowgirl, Head coach Ryan Sullivan says the ball has to go through Fertig for them to be successful this weekend.

Sheridan Bronc Head coach Jeff Martini is coaching the boys team and has liked what he has seen from the players the last couple of days.

Game times in the dome tonight are at 5:30 and 7:30 you can hear them live on 14-10 KWYO.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies lost at Miami last night 11-4 and the Fish put up six runs in the second inning.

They open a weekend road series at Cincinnati this evening first pitch at 5:10 on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
