Junior Hawks at Great Falls Tonight / SHS Track to Compete in Gillette Today / Rockies Shut out Arizona

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks open the 2nd round of the playoffs against the Great Falls Americans game one will be played in Great Falls tonight at 7:00.

Head coach Andy Schieb tells us his message to the players this week.

The Hawks are 4-0 against Great Falls this season but Schieb says the Americans are tough at home.

The Hawks host game two tomorrow night at 7:30 game three if needed will be played Saturday night at 7:30 at the M&M center.

SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams take on Cheyenne Central and Cheyenne East the Lady Broncs play in Cheyenne the Broncs will host both games game times tomorrow are 4:00 and 6:00 Saturday’s games are at 10:00 and noon.

TRACK / FIELD – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams have changed their schedule a bit as all their athletes will be heading over to Gillette today for a big invitational at Thunder Basin high school.

The Broncs just missed a state title in 2019 last year they were poised to get another shot at the title but the season was canceled because of the pandemic and Head coach Taylor Kelting says they are in a good spot right now to contend for another shot at a state championship.

And Kelting says the Lady Broncs are having a very good spring season.

And now is the time for the athletes to begin to make moves to get great results for the regional and state meets.

TENNIS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis teams open their spring season Saturday hosting matches with Powell.

GOLF – The Sheridan high school golfers tee it up in their first spring tournament in Buffalo next week.
