Drug Dealers Sentenced in Federal District Court

United States District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson sentenced 27-year-old Ian Arbee Batara Molina of Livermore, California to five years in prison for the charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Molina was arrested in Campbell County and must also serve five years of supervised probation upon release from prison. The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation investigated the case.

Judge Johnson, in an unrelated case, sentenced 28-year-old Alexander Nicholas DeLeon of Fresno, California to 10 years in prison to be followed by eight years of supervised probation following release from prison. DeLeon was sentenced for distributing methamphetamine in Wyoming and carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime. DeLeon was also ordered to pay $500 in community restitution and a $200 special assessment fee. DeLeon was arrested by a trooper with the Wyoming Highway Patrol following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 near Rawlins. The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

Chief Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl sentenced 39-year-old Tiffany Dawn Havner of Cheyenne to three years in prison for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Havner was also ordered to serve three years of supervised probation following her release from prison. Havner must pay $500 in restitution and $100 in special assessment fees.
