On Thanksgiving day, U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming shared dinner with Wyoming sailors and Marines serving in Bahrain. Barrasso visited with service members who are currently stationed at Naval Support Activity Bahrain, which is home to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and U.S. 5th Fleet. NSA Bahrain provides operational support to U.S. and Coalition Forces in the Middle East and ensures the security of ships, aircraft and remote sites.

Barrasso said in Wyoming, we are always so grateful for the brave service of our men and women in uniform. This includes our sailors and Marines who are serving ten time zones away from home right now in Bahrain, as they’re eyeball to eyeball with Iran in the Persian Gulf and are doing an incredible job protecting America and our allies. He added that bringing a little bit of Wyoming to our troops serving overseas on Thanksgiving is a tradition he looks forward to every year and that he made sure to let them know that everyone at home is thinking of them and looking forward to their safe return. Along with sitting down for Thanksgiving dinner with service members, Barrasso was briefed by military officials about operations in the Persian Gulf.

Barrasso believes in vaccines but not mandates…so he’s sitting at the Thanksgiving table with the belief that military men and women should have a choice whether to be vaccinated or not…Barrasso is a poor choice for an elected senator sworn to defend the constitution…Barrasso is a poor choice for the national security of our country…additionally by not endorsing mandatory vaccines in the military Barrasso is a lousy doctor and non-patriotic senator

Not a fan of barrasso, mark, but he might just disagree with mandates that are fascist in nature. More evidence daily that the vaccines arent all that, but I will never get in your way to get your annual boosters for the rest of your life.

…what if the variants evolve to the point that the covid virus becomes as deadly as the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic?…the government should have the power to issue mandates in times of pandemics or warfare…enforcement of mandates is a whole different issue to be considered…back in 1918 it was a hefty $5.00 fine for not wearing a mask in public…it will be interesting to see what the US Supreme Court decides on this mandate issue…to me its simple…the congress and senate should allow the government necessary immediate powers through the passage of laws to issue mandates needed in times of crises to preserve and protect our republic

the first thing we have to take into consideration is that this administration is incompetent. no one trust them (36% approval) Biden has screwed up everything he has touched and you want to let this fool enact marshall law??????? How bout we not panic? Lets not give up our liberty so quickly. I mean–look what a great job the DEM congress did with Russian Collusion and 2 impeachments.
