Bighorn Avenue Subdivision Gets County Approval

Sheridan County has approved the Bighorn Avenue Minor Subdivision, as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
According to the application, Todd and Lisa Greig applied for a subdivision permit to create two lots of 2.1 acres and 2.92 acres from and existing 4.917-acre lot, zoned as (UR) Urban Residential, located roughly 1.25 miles south of the City of Sheridan.
Todd Greig explained why they were requesting the permit.
Two conditions on the permit were recommended by the P&Z Commission, which were prior to the execution of the plat, that (1) the water rights petition before the State Board of Control be approved and (2) that the private access road be widened as approved in the Road Waiver.
