Gatchell’s Living History Day Saturday

The Johnson County Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum in Buffalo will again be offering their Living History Day this Saturday on the museum grounds.

Featured performances by the Basque Dancers, Native American dancers and frontier musicians, as well as demonstrations by a frontier blacksmith, a leather tooler, quilters, and gold panning will be available for the public to see.

Free refreshments and free admission to the events and the museum itself will be offered throughout the day.

A number of authors will be on hand to sell and autograph copies of their books during the event.

The Jim Gatchell Living History Day is free to attend and is scheduled for this Saturday, June 26th from 9am to 2pm at the museum and surrounding area.
