Johnson County Approves Airport Lease Agreement

A renewal of the lease for county-owned property adjacent to the Johnson County Airport was approved by the county commission at their meeting this week.

Civil Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago, who drew up the lease agreement, discussed it with the commissioners.

According to discussions, the lease agreement is between the county and Joe Reimer for a one year period, and is good for 20 animal units to be grazed on the 188-acre property for a fee of $3,100.
