Market Place Subdivision

A request for a three lot subdivision on property located at 3451 North Main Street in Sheridan was given unanimous approval by the Sheridan City Council at their most recent meeting. The applicant John E. Rice and Sons, Inc., requested a subdivision to subdivide 23.3 acres of property from one lot and two parcels into three lots. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner addressed the Council prior to their vote on the subdivision request.

The property is adjacent to the Common Cents gas station to the northwest, and southeast of the I-90/North Main Street interchange. The property is zoned Gateway District and under the Wrench Ranch Master Plan designates the area for commercial use.
