Aaron PalmerAn amendment to a Memorandum of Understanding between the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division and Johnson County was accepted by the Johnson County Commission during their recent meeting, and approved for the chairman to sign.
The MOU, according to Public Health’s Trish Thompson, is in reference to a reduction in funding from the state for the program, which she explained further.
The reduction was for $1,169 for a total from the state of $12,271 to the county.
Thompson said there is still some carryover funding for this program that will help with funding through the next year.
