City PW Director Provides Snow Removal Update

An update on the City’s snow removal program was provided to the Sheridan City Council by City Public Works Director Lane Thompson at the Council’s most recent meeting. Thompson said so far this year, crews have plowed 20,427 thousand lane miles.

Thompson also provided the data regarding snow removal.

Thompson said budget wise the City is actually doing pretty well as they are at 48 percent of their snow budget. In comparison, he said last year at this time they were at 85 percent of their budget.
