COVID-19 Numbers as of 3 p.m. March 8

The Wyoming Department of Health reports the state has 46,507 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 682 deaths in the state resulting from COVID-19.  

Teton County has the highest confirmed active case count in the state with 82 confirmed active cases, according to the WDH. 

Sheridan County has a total of 2,409 lab confirmed positive cases since the counting of cases began, an increase of one case in the past 24 hours. The WHD is reporting a total of nine active lab confirmed cases in the county, and 2,993 cases recovered. The WDH reports 628 probable cases in Sheridan County. Sheridan County has experienced 30 deaths related to the virus. 

Johnson County has 420 confirmed cases. Increasing by 0 since the county last updated, according to the WDH. There are zero active lab confirmed cases and 292 probable cases. The WHD reports Johnson County has 702 cases recovered and has experienced nine deaths resulting from the coronavirus.
