Acting United States Attorney for Wyoming Bob Murray announced that Ray Donald Farley, a/k/a Ray Donald Lucero, Jr. was sentenced this week in federal court to 150 years in prison for three counts of production of child pornography. Federal Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal said Farley’s conduct was “reprehensible” and “unforgivable” and sentenced him to 50 years in prison on each count, consecutively, totaling 150 years of imprisonment. According to information from the Department of Justice, in March of 2020, Special Agents from Homeland Security Investigations and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation received Cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children informing them that Ray Farley and Conner William Biggs Farley may be producing child pornography.

After an initial investigation, law enforcement learned that from August of 2019 through March of 2020, Farley and his husband, Conner Farley, sexually abused three children, ages 7, 5, and 1. Special Agents arrested both men in Casper last year on April 16. The investigation revealed that both Farleys recorded their sexual abuse of the children and produced multiple still and video images of the abuse. The images were shared with 29-year-old Richard Thomas Willden of Casper. Willden was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison for receiving and possession the child pornography. Conner Farley has pleaded guilty to three counts of production of child pornography and is scheduled to be sentenced on March 25.

How did they get access to these children? People need to know their ways so we can better protect our children.
