A Look Back in Time: February 18, 1921

Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Feb. 18, 1921.

Two masked bandits early this morning entered the pool hall at Dietz No. 8 and robbed the safe, cash register and the 16 or 18 occupants.

Today and tomorrow only is Dollar Day at Bloom’s. Specials include men’s four-in-hand ties, McDonald make work shirts, men’s silk socks, men’s lined work mittens, men’s dress hats and heavy wool socks, all for just $1.

A program of Swedish music will be presented by members of the Sheridan Woman’s Club starting at 8:15 tonight at the Linden Auditorium.

The Knights of Columbus will have their regular meeting at 8 o’clock tonight.
