The Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board in the first meeting of this year voted Wednesday night to go back to monthly meetings.
Christi Haswell, newly elected board chair, said the board voted in October to meet quarterly, but found themselves having more frequent special meetings.
In other matters, the board welcomed new County Commissioner Lonnie Wright to the board, along with new Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger and City Councilman Aaron Linden. All three will serve three-year terms on the board.
The SAWS board also accepted the audit for fiscal year 2019-20 from Porter, Muirhead, Cornia and Howard and approved a resolution authorizing SAWS Administrator Dan Coughlin to execute the decisions on delinquent accounts within the SAWS boundaries.
