The Sheridan College Chamber Choir will appear in concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Kinnison Hall at the college’s Whitney Center for the Arts.

Presented by Arts at Sheridan College, the concert is open free to the public, but tickets are required for both in-person and livestream attendance options.

Dr. Robert Psurny, director of the performance, said the choir will present a variety of choral music on the themes of love and sorrow, and the program will include some vocal solos and a trio by Sheridan College music majors.

He said the program will include something for everyone, from Renaissance motets to barbershop quartet, folksongs, musical theater, popular music and jazz.

Members of the Chamber Choir will be socially distanced on stage and wear specially-designed masks where possible during the performance.

The performance features Loretta Tonak on piano and will include contemporary songs as well.

Tickets for both in-person and livestream entrance are available online at sheridan.edu/arts or by phone at (307) 670-0360.
