Buffalo Business Park ‘Substantially Complete’

The Buffalo Business Park is nearing completion, according to Project Engineer Brent Bennett with Nelson Engineering, with just a few “punch-list” items remaining before it is ready for lots to be sold.

Bennett said the project has been designated as “substantially complete,” and explains further.

Buffalo Mayor Shane Schrader said the next step is to begin filling the business park in with those interested in build-ready sites.

As for the power pole issue, where the city believes Rocky Mountain Power may have installed them incorrectly, Mayor Schrader said the issue is still being reviewed by City Attorney Ben Kirven.
