Big Horn Equestrian Center has really good summer

While the COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes, the Big Horn Equestrian Center has been having a really good summer.

That’s according to Sheila Blackburn, Equestrian Center executive director:

She said polo has been wonderful, with great crowds attending the matches.

Blackburn said the Equestrian Center has received calls about some other events that may be announced later.

But one event that’s firm, she said, will be on Sept. 11 – next Friday. The Big Horn Equestrian Center will be the site of the Big Horn Invitational Cross Country Track Meet. The event is being put on by Big Horn High School, and Blackburn said a dozen or more schools from across Wyoming will be participating.

Blackburn said the Equestrian Center is already looking to next season, with several weddings and other activities booked. She said everyone is thinking positive for 2021.
