Chamber offers free training to frontline employees

Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Teresa Detimore and Marketing and Communications Director Jodi Hartley made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse inviting local business owners and employees to attend a free training opportunity.
Frontline employees, also known as frontline workers, are individuals who directly interact with customers or the public, delivering essential services and maintaining essential equipment. They are critical in various sectors like retail, healthcare, and public service. These people are the face of organizations and businesses.
The Chamber has partnered with Sheridan County Travel and Tourism Executive Director Shawn Parker to develop a training session that will teach frontline workers how to sell the region.
