Sheridan Commission OK’s Vacation of Elm Avenue Right-of-Way

The Sheridan County Commission has approved the vacation of a public right-of-way for Elm Avenue in the Downer Addition to the City of Sheridan.

County Engineer Ken Muller explained further at the commission’s recent meeting.

There was no public comment or discussion by the commission, and they voted unanimously to approve the vacation of the right-of-way.
