U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) this week joined Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa in introducing the Judicial Relief Clarification Act of 2025. The bill would limit federal court orders to parties directly before the court – ending the practice of universal injunctions and clarifying the role of the judicial branch to decide the law in a non-partisan way.

Under the legislation, parties seeking nationwide relief would be required to file a class action lawsuit. The bill would amend the Administrative Procedure Act and the Declaratory Judgment Act to limit courts’ decisions to the parties before them, and make temporary restraining orders immediately appealable.

Senator Lummis said Judges are not policymakers – and they have not been elected by the American people to legislate, adding that the courts should not be a tool for far-left activists to obstruct every part of President Trump’s agenda.

The slippery path America is fast sliding down on will continue to be slippery as long as the current batch of oligarch loving people have their way. What’s NOT in your wallet?

The Administrative deep-state is out of control. The un-elected bureau-rats have become an oligarchy that has displaced our Constitutional Republic.
Rein in these judges and cut the entire DC Swamp down by 80%.
Future generations will thank us for restoring our limited-gov’t republic, to it’s original founding principles.

Doesn’t a district judge only have jurisdiction over his own district? Do the plaintiffs have standing nationally?
A district judge trying to tell the president what to do, seems absurd.
Rein in the judges or better yet, remove them from the bench for cause….like misbehavior, lack of jurisdiction or standing.
Can’t we just get rid of stupid judges who are thwarting the will of the entire country?

Who will stand in the way of unlawful executive orders?

Can’t recall any district judge limiting even one of the unlawful executive orders issued by Bite-me?
All we have is the continued Law-fare against the duly elected President. A man who swept all seven swing states and both the popular and electoral vote.
An unelected district judge should have no jurisdiction, power or legitimate authority over our President.
We are the vast 80% Majority and our will cannot, will not, be thwarted for long.
