At their recent regular meeting the Buffalo City Council approved, on a split vote, a request for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for Rob Coda with Coda Glass, to allow him to place a building on his commercial property to use as employee housing and/or office space, adjacent to his shop.

He gave more details.

Councilwoman Myra Camino said she was against the SUP, with Councilman Mike Madden agreeing, and both voted against.

Councilmen Wes Haskins and Scott Madsen voted in favor, and Mayor Shane Schrader cast the deciding vote.

The mayor was referencing the Planning & Zoning Commission’s decision to recommend approval of the Special Use Permit.
