SRD – Sixth Grade Basketball registration closes Jan. 3

Sheridan Recreation District Executive Director Alexander Mock and Recreation Manager Zach Stewart made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to announce open registration for 6th Grade Boys Basketball. 

Stewart said this program is designed to prepare sixth grade players for junior high-level basketball. This program is for Sheridan County School District #2 students only. SCSD#1 students will sign up and play with the school they attend.

Sheridan teams will play Big Horn Middle School and Tongue River Middle School teams.

Parents can register in person by visiting the SCRC at 1579 Thorne-Rider Park, by phone 307-674-6421, or online by clicking here, or by emailing JD Williams jwilliams@sheridanrecreation.com.

Registration will close on Jan. 3, and the first practices will begin Jan. 6. 

The season will open Jan 6, and run until Feb. 26. The schedule of games is yet to be determined. Registration costs $50.
