Aaron PalmerThe plan for the proposed ambulance barn for the Johnson County Rural Health Care District has been approved and construction was tentatively set to begin, according to Buffalo City Building Inspector Terry Asay, who made the announcement during his recent report to the city council.
The ambulance barn is to be built on lands adjacent to the county’s fire hall on North Bypass Road.
Asay also reported that he is continuing to work on contractor license renewals for 2025.
At an earlier meeting he said he had mailed more than 300 reminders to contractors to renew their city licenses.
