Buffalo Council OKs Pursuit of Easement

During the Buffalo City Council meeting this week, City Attorney Dennis Kirven asked the council to approve him to pursue an easement agreement with a property owner.

He said the city is needing to get power to the city-owned south water tank, and

explained why the easement is needed.

Kirven said once an agreement is reached with the property owner, he will need to draft an easement agreement to bring back before the council for their approval.
