Sheridan County Approves Bree Lynn Conservation Design Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their recent regular meeting, considered approval of the Bree Lynn Conservation Design Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid gave details to the commission before their decision.

No comment was offered during the public hearing at the meeting.

The commissioners voted to approve a variance request on the access road length; and for a variance request on access road width; and a variance request for the conservation lot use on the property before approving the subdivision application with five minor conditions.
