Longmire Days Rescheduled to August
Longmire Days for 2020 has been postponed until August, according to a release issued late Monday.
The Longmire Foundation said in the release they are taking the precautionary measure of postponing the annual celebration to August 13th through the 16th.
The safety of event attendees, the local community, and the actors, who donate their time are first and foremost in their minds and they feel this additional month will will give enough time for large-scale events to be possible, according to rules set by the State of Wyoming.
The Foundation also said the extra time may be needed for attendees to change travel plans and for them to feel safe and secure traveling to Buffalo.
More information on the rescheduled event will be forthcoming, according to the release.
