Buffalo Council Approves Requests for Fair and Rodeo Parade

The Johnson County Fair and Rodeo will be happening July 26 through August 4, and the annual parade will be Saturday, August 3.

Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Board President Amber Eggers brought requests concerning the parade to the Buffalo City Council during their last meeting.

Eggers was asking for the traditional street closure on Main Street from South Bypass Road to First Interstate Bank from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. , as well as an open container permit for the same location from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The council approved both requests.

This year’s parade theme is “Wyoming A to Z.”
