Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council, during their regular meeting this week, approved their annual appropriation, or budget Ordinance, on second reading.
The Ordinance, #1417, approves a roughly $17.6 million budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25.
It shows General City expenses of about $633,000; Protective Services at $2.3 million; a street budget of $1.2 million; recreation budget of $427,000; Water at $1.7 million; wastewater at $733,000; sanitation at $664,000; miscellaneous equipment at $288,000; Capital Improvements at $9.2 million; and outside agencies and affiliates at $418,000.
There were no changes from the first to the second reading.
The Ordinance will need to pass a third reading before it s adopted.
