Aaron PalmerAn application for a minor subdivision in the county has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
At their recent meeting, the commission discussed the application with County Planner Mark Reid.
During the Public Hearing on the matter, it was asked how many units would be developed on the property.
According to the engineer representing the developer, it will be one single family home on each lot.
The commission, after some discussion, approved the minor subdivision with four recommendations from the Planning & Zoning Commission.
