cvannoyThe Annual Clearmont Spring Shop Hop was held on Friday and Saturday, May 3th and 4th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. There were established favorites, such as Stacey Ellenwood Photography and Vintiques of Wyoming, Red Neck Vittles and Weeping Willow Designs as well as some new vendors.
One new vendor was Karlon Knudson, with his Sasha the Cowdog books, colorfully illustrated books for young readers or for parents wanting local books to read to their youngsters.
He explained how the series came about.
Merrilee Albers, Vintiques of Wyoming and Red Pony Salsa, said on Friday, May 3, that the shop hop was starting out very well.
Amie Metzger Bumpkin Bath & Body Goat Milk Products, added about this year’s shop hop.
There were also young entrepreneurs selling craft items, natural collectibles and cookies.
The twice-yearly Shop Hop has been a tradition in Clearmont since 2016, and gives vendors a place to show their wares, and community people a place to find unique gifts. This year’s date falls before Mother’s Day, and the organizers feel that the Shop Hop is a great place to shop for gifts for the upcoming holiday.
