Aaron PalmerThe Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center, during their recent meeting, approved the credentials for two providers as requested by administration.
Board President Dr. Mark Schueler said there were two appointments to be considered by the board.
The first was Darin Allred, an orthopedic surgeon that will provide services every other week at the JCHC to start.
He gave more details on the second credentialing request.
According to aafp.org, credentialing is the process of verifying qualifications to ensure current competence to grant privileges, involving verification of education, training, experience, and licensure to provide services.
