A request for a temporary permit extension for the Husske Quarry was discussed by the Sheridan County Commission during their last regular meeting.

As outlined in the Public Works Department’s report, the quarry was originally approved for a permit from May 3, 2016 through May 3, 2024.

Planning Assistant Andrea Hauber spoke to the commission about the extension request.

According to discussion at the meeting, the holder of the permit, Garber Agri-Business, filed for an extension to allow them to submit an application to renew the permit and to go through the permitting process.

The commission voted to approve the extension for a six-month period to allow for applying for the renewal of the permit.

Mr. Fox this is what amazes me with you and Sheridan GOP/ Ultra-conservatives. If you do not like what someone’s platform is, you don’t like what they do, you resort to name calling. RINO, Tipsy, Failed Four and other phrases. I do not agree with Ms. Haswell’s alleged DUI/Hit and Run, but I still have the ability to say Commissioner Haswell, Ms/Mrs. Haswell. I liken name calling to what my Grandfather us to say about swearing “A weak mind trying to make a strong argument.”

Sorry Mr. Morris, but the four commissioners who deliberately failed to abide by the law, have earned our disrespect. All the failed four had to do was do exactly what the law specifies and the District Court Judge actually did: Follow the law and pick one of the three nominees. The good, law-abiding people of Sheridan county know that the failed four intentionally rigged the process and Failed Us All. They lost the respect of the majority of citizens when they brazenly Broke the Law. Even the Ultra-Left should be able to understand that when we allow lawlessness, it only breeds more lawlessness. Hence the “above the law” attitude of tipsy christi. Crash into something (allegedly) and drive away Drunk. That’s the arrogance of criminals, not held accountable for their previous law-breaking.
    And everybody sees it!

Fox, I’m quite certain from folks I’ve spoken to around town both professionally and socially, you have a Narcissistic personality disorder which is a mental health condition in which people have an unreasonably high sense of their own importance. They need and seek too much attention and want people to admire them. People with this disorder may lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence, they are not sure of their self-worth and are easily upset by the slightest criticism. This disorder along with your arrogance makes you the type of person that nobody can take seriously. You’ve become a bit of a laughing stock. Silly boy!
      See ya!
