Ron RichterIn advance of the 2024 Election, the Secretary of State’s Office has published the 2024 Campaign Guide. The 2024 Campaign Guide provides candidates, campaign committees, political groups, and voters with an overview of Wyoming statutes governing campaigns and campaign finance reporting for state and local candidates, political action committees, political parties, and organizations. Secretary of State Chuck Gray says that he’s very excited about the 2024 Campaign Guide.
You can access the campaign guide here. The candidate filing period in Wyoming for this year’s elections is May 16th through May 31st. The Primary Election will be Tuesday, August 20th, while the General Election will be Tuesday, November 5th.

And only file as a Republican if you really ARE a Republican.
Wyoming is tired of Liberal Dem’s “running as Republican’s.”
Example: The Sheridan County Board of Commissioners has been composed of a majority of “Liberal Dem-uh-crats, Masquerading as Republicans,” for decades, now. And it’s about time we put a stop to it.
We need to take back our gov’t from the lib’s, lefties and RINOs.
And elect/seat only Real Republicans who best represent the vast majority of the good people in Sheridan County.

Dennis the Menace. Why don’t you tell us how you really feel about the commissioners. Just let it all out so everyone who reads the posts will know. We really haven’t a clue as to how you feel. And isn’t that really what you want the citizens of our county to know. How you feel. You’re an expert in local government because you’ve ran unsuccessfully multiple times, never have held an elected office, but feel you know what the citizens really want? Because although you’ve become a very experienced and sought after sign holder you secretly know what is best for us? Thanks for your advice but I think I’ll research each candidate and make my own informed decisions. Thanks though.
See ya!

Small johnson, mike, it’s not about “feelings” at all. It’s about the Fact that the Failed Four refused to follow the law concerning filling a vacancy. They had a strong bias against the 3 Party nominees and willfully chose to break the law. All they had to do was pick one of the three and none of this would have happened. No $90,000 of taxpayer expense and no multiple court dates. (so far)
They deliberately broke the law and there’s no getting around that Fact. Judge Phillips was forced to do the job the Four commissioners Failed to do and she was not happy about it. She even admonished them in court. Liberals “feel” things. Real Americans (that’s a majority Center-Right) rely on Logic, reason and Fact.
Oh and fresh polling data is still holding at 25 to 1 to Fire the Failed Four Commissioners!

Dennis the Menace, I will explain the whole thing one more time just for you. Throughout this whole time you’re the only one who says the County Commissioners broke the law. Now granted, you have political experience at holding a sign on the corner of a street, (although that wasn’t successful either was it?) but all the legal authorities say they are NOT GUILTY.
On Sept. 1, Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Darci Phillips (your heroine)issued a court order that she would only select from the three candidates provided by the Sheridan GOP. She also indicated in her original order that the commissioners acted LEGALLY and accepted the nomination process in her court.
On Tuesday, March 12, Judge Thomas Sullins handed down a decision in the case of the Sheridan County Republican Party vs four Sheridan County Commissioners. The judge found in FAVOR of the defendants, the four county commissioners, and AGAINST the Sheridan County Republican Party.
The law you speak of is not subject to interpretation. The Commissioners followed the law to a “tee” and the legal experts agreed. I love the Tourism angle you are now playing with Christi’s incident. There is an opening on the Travel and Tourism board, just send in your application to the Board of County Commissioners, maybe you can sue them again if not selected.
