The Sheridan VA Health Care System has reported the Women Veterans Program is sponsoring space for veterans who have a trade or craft business and want to showcase their talents at this year’s KARZ Club Rod Run, taking place at the medical center on July 6.

These vendor booths are available on a limited basis, for sales or demonstration-only, with preference given to women veterans. All applicants are encouraged to do live demonstrations during the event.

According to the VA, there is no application fee, however if applicants conduct sales, 10% of proceeds will be collected by the Veterans Canteen Service to support veteran and staff programs. Vendors will be responsible for setup, including power, tent, table, chairs, etc.

Veterans who have questions or are interested in signing up must contact Nicole Rodriguez at Nicole.Pulver-Rodriguez1@va.gov for a vendor form.  If there is high interest, VA staff will use a lottery system or committee review, with preference for women veterans, for the booth space.
